What counts as a delivery order?
Each delivery order represents one delivery task – for example, from a warehouse to a customer’s location, or between customer addresses. Simple put, one delivery order equals one address.
Can I change my plan or cancel my subscription?
We offer flexible subscription plans, and you can adjust your billing cycle as needed. However, at present we do not support plan changes or cancellation features.
How can I upload data (e.g., addresses or orders)?
You can easily upload an Excel (.xlsx) file.
How can I apply for an A.I.R Web account?
You can register on our website. After submitting your accurate information, the system administrator will review it and notify you once your account is activated.
How can I get started with A.I.R Web?
Simply register and upload your order data. The system will then guide you through creating your delivery plan. For a more detailed understanding of our features, check out our YouTube tutorials.
Can I get a special rate if my delivery volume is high?
Yes. If your delivery volume exceeds what our standard plans cover, our sales team can provide you with a tailored pricing package. Please reach out for details.
Is there a trial available for A.I.R Web?

Do I need developers to use A.I.R Web?
No. You only need basic internet and spreadsheet skills to get started easily.
How do you calculate vehicle load capacity?
Vehicle load capacity is calculated using the same unit as order calculation, and is usually determined based on task allocation.
What is the difference from regular navigation routes?
A.I.R Web is designed to determine the best delivery sequence across multiple stops, rather than just showing how to travel between two points like traditional maps. It enables users to plan the most efficient delivery schedule for the entire day.
How do I share delivery links with customers?
We are currently developing an ETA notification feature. In the future, the system will automatically generate a link that can be shared with customers, allowing them to easily track their delivery status.
How do I assign tasks to drivers?
You can download the task lost and share it with drivers via email or by printing it out. In the future, we will launch a mobile app and notify existing customers in advance.
What are dispatching rules?
Dispatching rules are special requirements applied during route planning. For example, Customer A may require delivery between 10:30 and 16:00, or Customer B may insist that the delivery be made by vehicle AIR-1688.
